1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing a Quantower license, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or purchase our software.

2. Licensing

Quantower software is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the term specified in your agreement. All licenses are per-seat and may not be shared between users.

• Professional license: single named user, one active installation
• Team license: minimum 5 seats, named users
• Enterprise license: minimum 25 seats, subject to enterprise agreement

3. Pricing and Payment

All Quantower licenses are paid. There is no free tier, no trial period, and no freemium version. Pricing starts at $100 per seat per year, billed annually. Prices are quoted in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

Payment is due in full prior to license activation. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; sublicense, sell, or transfer your license to any third party; use the software for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent any licensing mechanisms.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Quantower software, documentation, and website content are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property other than the limited license described above.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use the software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
